Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 4, 2026. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using the SimpleFounded website and quote-request service.

About SimpleFounded

SimpleFounded is a Minnesota lead-generation and lead-routing service focused on ICF (insulated concrete form) foundations for homes, with shorter paths for poured foundation walls, footings, waterproofing and drainage, and excavation tied to a foundation. We help homeowners submit project details and may connect them with local foundation professionals. SimpleFounded is not a foundation contractor. We do not pour concrete, set forms, excavate, waterproof, or ourselves provide a quote or guarantee a contractor’s work.

Quote requests and lead matching

You may submit a request for a free quote or a match with a local pro. We may share the details you provide with a matched local foundation professional so they can decide whether to contact you. A request does not guarantee that anyone will respond, that a quote will be available, or that a contractor will have availability or qualifications that meet your needs. We do not publish prices, discounts, warranties, years in business, or license numbers on this site, and nothing here is an offer of those things.

We do not sell your personal information. How we handle form data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Where we work

This service is for homeowners in Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Dakota, Washington, Scott, and Carver counties, Minnesota. A request from outside those counties may not be matched.

Your responsibilities

• Provide information that is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• Use the site and quote form only for a genuine foundation project or a related request.
• Do not impersonate another person, submit someone else’s information without permission, or interfere with the site.
• Evaluate any contractor independently, including licensing, insurance, references, scope, price, and contract terms.

Contractor relationships

Any agreement for foundation work is between you and the contractor you choose. SimpleFounded does not control contractor availability, methods, pricing, materials, timelines, warranties, or results. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the contractor’s terms before work begins. Our description of ICF — foam forms that stay in place, concrete poured inside, insulation on both sides — is a plain-language explanation of the method, not a promise about a particular home, energy bill, or wall.

No warranties

The site and lead-matching service are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SimpleFounded makes no promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or secure, or that a request will result in a contractor contact, quote, or completed project.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpleFounded will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your interactions with a contractor, including the contractor’s acts, omissions, work, pricing, or availability. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, SimpleFounded’s total liability relating to the site or service will not exceed the amount you paid SimpleFounded for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. The quote form itself is free. Some laws may not allow every limitation, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when the site or service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Minnesota, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
